Big Elec Problems after 496 To 525 Repower
 

I pulled the 496 HO from my Donzi 22 Classic and put in a late model HP525 EFI. I got the motor running using a main harness adapter but had no gauges and a few other electrical issues. Bam Marine told me that I needed to install a 14 pin main harness and AGI box kit. Now I have no power to the helm. Has anyone else done this? Is there a way to connect an AGI box to the 525 without replacing the main harness? Besides having no gauges my only other problems seem to be no up trim except in trailer position and the trim gauge is pegged(with original harness). Any ideas would be appreciated. This boat should have been on the water a month ago.

Thanks but I already studied all of those threads! I'm still lost. I thought the new main harness and agi box would fix me up.
