Trim tab help
 

Hi all,
It seems my trim tabs are not working.
They are Bennets and my questions are as follows:
1 ) One is stuck up one down Do I have to take off the lines to manually push them to the same position?

2) The indicator is funky on the port side it flashes all over is could the indicator cause this issue?

3) are the pumps rebuildable? or do I need to buy a new one if it is cooked?

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
