Pre lubers
Getting my chit rebuilt. Looking at some preluber systems. What system do some of you guys use?
Also does it not make oil changes a breeze? Any good or not so good? Thanks Quinlan |
The pump style do make oil changes easier. The accumulator style do not.
If we can help, please let me know. [email protected] Kirk |
Kirk had a good one he advertised on here awhile back, one that was in Powerboat Mag.

I have the KE pre-lube system. To me, it is all about the ease of oil changes. We have a quick disconnect fitting at the back of the intake manifold. We just connect a 25' air line with a QD fitting that runs to a bucket. Only seconds to connect, real clean and slick. The pre-lube function is mostly a non-used whistle and bell.

accumulator st lye allows you to run low oil level in the pan which keeps the crank dryer and have up to 2 quarts in reserve. Not any help with oil changes though. I use the accusump system which is favored for sport car racing when dry sump is not allowed.

I ran the amsoil with the remote filters. Expensive but nice

I would like to set up the pump style my self for next season........... Havn't decided what to use yet. Saw one on here in a past thread, but don't know where it went.
