Looking for a sea strainer since I do alot of boating on the MIssissippi river and tend to suck up both mud and sand. Any help is appreciated.

We have several styles to offer.
My favorite is the Livorsi SS: http://www.livorsi.com/catalog/sea_strainers.htm I can do a bit better on price. Or the CP Performance by Gil: http://www.cpperformance.com/detail.aspx?ID=7592 Let me know if we can help. [email protected] Kirk |
I am interested in the Livorsi with a red top. Can you shoot me a price?

This will make your life much easier. UD |
I do not recommend the one with the red top. You need to remove all the wing nuts to clean it. Not a fun time!!
|
Yes I agree the red top one is a pain in the A** I should know I have 3 of them in my boat. However they are perty and you don't have to clean them everytime out.

By the way I have a hugh one on ebay right now by KPM 18" tall will handle 2 engines easy. Had it in my Scarab.

I run the Gil and it works great...Rob
