affordable trim tab recommendations

Im looking to put a set of trim tabs on the boat

1987 Baja Force 235 single 454 motor

setting a goal of 65mph for the boat

it did not come with trim tabs, so I would like to get a set
Ive looked at some real expensive ones,
I only paid $3,000 for the boat so Im not into spending $2,500 on a set of trim tabs

are there any sets out there that are affordable say a few hundread dollars that I could use,

does anyone have a used set theyre looking to get rid

any recommendations are appreciated
thanks

what exactly are you trying to accomplish?

the boats got no trim tabs on there at all,
I was talking to a few people around here locally on Long Island and they all suggested I get a set of 20-22" trim tabs on the boat

so I started looking and the prices are pretty damn expensive,
some of the guys said they are nice to have when the water gets rough out by us,
we are in the ocean not on a lake or anything,

so I figured I would add that to the list and start hunting around for a good deal ?

For that length boat, just get the Bennett Sport tabs.

Some Bennetts or some Insta-trims that the newer Baja's came with. Look on Ebay, there are a lot of new kits on there.

I'd give you the Televators I just took off for little more than shipping but I'm never phucking home to be able to ship them out :ack2:
