280s K-plane dimensions

I just got a set of 280s K-planes, but they are already on their way to Bruce. A buddy of mine is interested in a set for hi '88 Nova Spyder, but thinks they may interfere with his drives. He tried calling Merc Racing, but said he could never get in touch with anybody.

Anyone know the length and width of the 280S's? 28" long?

I can measure mine when I get home. I don't think they are 28" long.

Im pretty sure they are 19" long and maybe 14" wide at the transom. They are cut-out for drive clearance. This pic is a 280 tab. I also can measure when I get home.

Hey Kook>> Model 280S 14" wide at transom, 9" wide at aft end, 19.25" long. and that's right out of my Merc parts book:) :)
