MSD 6m2-L box and tachs

Did you guys have to use the pn 8920 tach adapter when you installed your 6m2-L box? Carb'd hp500.

Appreciate any insight.

didn't do anything, tach just worked.

No need for an adapter. Hook up the gray wire from the box to the gray wire that used to go to the (-) terminal of the coil.
