I need an Alpha Gen II bell housing for a boat I'm working on. Bell housing, pivot pins, and drive bellows & clamps. Used is fine.

Long time indeed.

Personally, I am fine. All of the things in life that matter are in order. Kids, wife, family, church, health, and outlook - all great.

Business/Financial matters are still struggling mightily. But those issues don't matter in the big picture. As long as I can keep my family in a comfortable home, the rest is unimportant. I'm willing to continue to put in the long hours and plug away at it, though. Biggest problem is being pulled too many directions at once. I believe my limit is about 14 directions simultaneously, and I'm somewhere in the 50 directions range. I look forward to the time when cashflow will allow me to delegate some of these tasks to others..

I got a complete alpha transom setup inner and outer
new bellows, new gimbal bearing etc.
