Volvo 8.1L DP MPI, stalling
 

I have a Volvo 8.1L MPI DP, that will stall shifting back into neutral, when coming off of high rpms. It happens when backing down hard, then returning to neutral.
Also can make it stall by reving it up in neutral, then returning to idle.

When it stalls, it takes up to 5 restarts to stay running. I assume it is flooding out.

I checked for any codes with one of the LED readers. No codes are displayed.

Anyone have any ideas on where to start looking for the problem?
