i need gil tail pipe wedges, anyone have a pair they dont need?

i have been messing with trying to get my exhaust to work, does anyone have any wedges that they would sell me cheap? the thicker the better. it would be a great help! thanks

How long are the tail pipes? When we had TRS and Gil exhaust, we would bolt the tail pipe on a big steel work bench, slip a pipe in the tail pipe, and then bend/tweak the pipe to fit (just vertical) Did this numerous times without any cracks or problems.

yea but they are 230 bucks! i am not even sure the wedge is gonna work which is why i am trying to find some used or cheap ones. i think a 3/4" will come close but i am still gonna have to trim a few inches off my pipes

What if you used some washers between the tails and manifold to determine exactly what the diminsions the wedges need to be; it may vary by pipe. I pretty sure I can (or OSO ) find a machine shop that can make what you will need.

I need around 1” of rise total on the front of the flange, I was actually going to get ahold of you and see if you had any parts, we met on portage lake last year
