Arenson Conversion On Lonestar Meteor?
Has anyone done this? Looks like more than a weekend project...any tips? Thanks in Advance!

The conversion is easy. You can do it in a weekend if you hustle.
I am not familiar with your boat. Spec's? Rik |
I am surprised you are not familiar with this boat?! Probably the most prolific "no compromise" speed hulls of the 20th century.

Here is what I found when I did a google search.
Looks like it was designed for an outboard. Doesnt look like there is any room for an inboard engine... unless you take out the back seat. http://www.theclassicboathouse.com/l...rmeteor59.html Looks extremely fast! Chris |
Right now I'm running single power, but considering a dual power set up...is this possible with the Arenson drives? I think I would like counter-rotating for more stability when traveling @ 100+ mph!
|
BTW- mine is just like the one in the link that Chris provided, except mine has been refinished in a carbon fiber look to keep it clearly modern.
