Talon 25 I/O help
 

I am buying a 1991 Talon 25 with a 454 / Bravo 1 setup.

Owner claims 45mph with a 23P Mirage prop, this sounds a bit slow. As far as I know its a plain jane 454. Owner claims new carb and new distributor. He says it needs a tune up.

For arguments sake, lets say its a 330HP/bravo setup, does this sound right or should this combo be going a bit faster?

I'm looking to run it as it is for now and drop in something with about 500hp in the future.

Any comments would be great!
