I have a lack of water exiting the left side exhaust, already replaced the impellar,backflushed the system.It has good water flow to bottom of manifold. Any ideas what to do next

Pull the elbow and see what is there. You have a good blockage somewhere. If you have good water to the manifold, that only leaves the manifold and the riser.

Check your check ball fittings at the bottom of the manifold entrance fitting, they may be stuck open.
