Engine Misses

Need some help. I have a 454 Mag that seems to miss at idle and up to about 3000 rpm and then cleans up. Installed new cap, rotor,plug wires and plugs. Seems to run fine on the top end. thanks for the help in advance.

what year is the engine? also how many hours on it?
