Swapping Bravo 1 Lower components

Do I want to try to swap out the parts from my old lower to a new one, or should I have it done? I don't have any Merc tools. What is a reasonable cost for a shop to swap it for me?

Probably a couple hours of labor if you take them both lowers.

The tools will cost more than the labor to have it done.....probably $200-300 labor max and a new "crush ring" ($20)

If he wanted to swap the parts himself, where would be the best place to order the proper tools?
