water comes out of dry exhaust

I had to have my motor rebuilt after only 7 hours because of reversion. So switch to stainless marine dry exhaust and I have a small spray of water that comes out of both sides can it be condensation that continuos even after it warms up.
454 Block was pressure tested.

I have stainless marine dry exhaust and water stll comes out, it is just at the end of the exhaust, and very little water.

I thought even on dry exhaust the water dumped out at the tip instead of the riser.

There are two small holes in the tip of each of my pipes, but the majority goes overboard out the outlet on top of the pipe. Dry exhaust is very loud because there is little water in the exhaust flow to dampen noise

These are weep holes to drain the water when not running and allow the tips to have some cool water when running...still considered dry

Thank you, had no idea that is how they work.
Your motor looks and sounds great.
