remember this ,the caliper slider.that slides in a rubber tube in the caliper, the rust will build up on the back side of the rubber that between the rubber sleeve and the calipers housing,see picks,what happen is the caliper Will not side back and forth,so it sticks,it will make the pads wear uneven,crooked,i cleaned it all up ,polished the sliders to chrome finish,stainless? greased it ,seems to be OK so far,it needed all new pads and had the rotors turned,2001 myco
Also on the model 20 actuator has a new designs shock absorber, ya don't get the banging any more. hope this helps Rob:drink: |
