Prop Question

97 35' single step Fountain Lightning. I have (2) stock 500HP carb and am running bravo 1 26P. What props should be used on this set up for max RPM and Speed??? Would 28P bravo 1 labbed props be best??

Dont have GPS and was kinda leary about opening it up WOT because I just got the boat. But I throttled up and the RPM's were over 5200 and that kinda worried me. Not exactly sure what WOT RPM should be on those motors. That was basically WOT for a few seconds.

The rev limiter is at 5350-5400rpms. They are fine to run up to 5300rpms on a regular basis. I deally you would want to prop it to run right about 5200 at WOT. You just don't want to be hitting the rev limiter all the time. Keep in mind, the tachs could be off a a little in the upper rpms.
