Mechanical Trim Sensor Cable???
I am going to be converting over to mechanical trim gauges. What and were is the best place to get the cables and gauge. It's a twin application and would like have one indicator gauge for both the drives and tabs or I guess two would be fine also.
Thanks, John |
Stainless Marine Makes the best trim indicators, their cables are spring Loaded in one direction so there is NO Slack, regular trim cables inherantly have about 1/4" slack so your drives or tabs can move about 1" up or down before you see it on the gauge, with the stainless marine stuff there is NO Slack, so if your drive or tab moves .015 the indicator moves the same amount. You want the best now you know where to get it. Don't skimp..
