Change analog(Mag Mpi)to 525 SmartCraft?
 

Is it a way around or do I have to change gauges and more when i cahanges motors from standard analog to 525 Efi SmartCrafts ?

Bjorn, You can use your existing gauges. Depending on the year motor you're installing you may have to go to a 14 pin wiring harness from your current 10 pin. You'll also need to get and install a AGI box (analog gauge interface) to convert the digital signal back to analog. This can be mounted behind the dash near the gauges. It's available through Mercury, Livorsi also carries them I beleive. Steve

There are also adapters to go from the 14 to 10 pin, so you don't have to change the entire harness. Your gauges will work just fine. They still offer boats with Smartcraft engines and analog gauges.
