What oil filter should I be using?

I've got a Jasper Marine 350 in my 1985 21' scarab. It's go the stock mercruiser remote oil filter on it. What oil filter should I be using? I know what mercury part number, but what Fram, Wix, or AC filter will match up to the mercury oil filter? Thanks.

The fram # should be HP4

Napa uses Wix filters - I think the number is 1060 or 1061.

I use the Nappa/Wix filter. Can you get the longer filter on your base? I will stop by my warehouse tonight and get a part number for you. It is the same filter that Chevy would use on the earlier 350's and 454's.

The AC/Delco filter number is PF35 for the long filter and PF25 for the short filter. The Wix would be my first choice with the AC filter my second. There was a very negative post on Frams about a year ago.
