do they counter rotate the motor or change the drive on the merc 4.3 and whitch motor do they put the power steering pump on

Counter rotating Alpha drives are available if that is what you have. You will want to make sure you get the correct generation Alpha with the correct drive ratio for your application.

also usually the p/s pump is on the starboard motor,closer to the steering rack..

that motor should have the same rotation as my single 4 cy. merc.? i'm wanting to replace my 4 with the 4.3 in my scarib sport.
