Anbody able to cross this Ride Guide steering #:

I've been trying to find anything I can on this Quicksilver Ride Guide steering helm/cable assy. I have a 095325 on the backside of the helm along with the quicksilver ride guide stamped into it. I cannot find any other #s on the helm or cable, so I assume that this is the part #?

Anyone able to come up with anything or have any helpful info about it?
