change from 454 mag 1991 to 496 HO

I bought a 496 HO for my boat ,there is now a 454 magnum 1991 in, what do I expect to change :wiring? exhaust?

Everything! It's going to be a big job... the 496 is a completely different engine.

What year 496 did you get? Digital or annolog harness? I've got a fully stock 10 pin if you need it.

I replaced a '97 454 Mag MPI with a 496HO. Pretty much bolted right in. The wiring harness was the same.
