Costs to rebuild Upper drive Bravo One X?

New to the forum and glad to be here. Looking for some feedback.

The upper on my Bravo One X drive has a couple broken teeth. I'm getting a bid to replace the gears/bearings/seals and flush the lower of $2500-$3000 parts and labor. All replacement parts are genuine Mercruiser parts.

Does that sound about right? Any advice is appreciated. Located in SoCal if that makes any difference.
