Arneson single cylinder steering
 

I posted a thread on here the other day about the old char-lynn helm I have on my boat, I can not find anyone around town to rebuild it, thus not sure if it will make steering easier being such a out of date helm. I have had my cylinder rebuild, and powered up to a KRC power steering pump, and still is a bear to steer and control. I have only had the boat out a handfull of times and the boat was junked before I got ahold of it, so I have no idea how it is suppose to steer. So I guess I am looking at updating to a new style. Any suggestions???
