Holly carbs.
I had to take the bowl off today secondary was dumping fuel ,needle stuck when i removed the bowl i noticed the float had a dab of epoxy on the top that had lifted and came off in my hand it crunmbed like sand. Has antone experenced this and can i get brass floats because ofcourse I have three more that will be in the same condition. (ETHINOL I PRESUME)

yes, most of the newer holleys come with those floats, I have not heard of any issues running them..and there are plenty out there with the new fuels...you can switch back to brass, they still make them...I would call holley and discuss with their techs....
