Trim tab Indicator

Okay after many posts about props and lack of stability I have come to the conclusion I am the cause of the problem.
After asking some questions from a guy I followed into the marina who was screaming along in his go fast boat I was able to get mine going and actually get it up to almost 50 MPH.
During my first real run with the new motor I have come to learn that I will need better time and tab indicators to actually operate this boat safely.

Any suggestions?
My tab indicators are blinking up and down and the trim indicator just seems to jump form do to up no real way to gauge how far you have come up.

Any help would be appreciated

Any other options I can add to the boat to make it more stable?

As a reminder it is a 1990 Checkmate with a 540 making 575 hp @5400 rpm
Right now running a Mirage 24p

What kind of tabs? What kind of indicator? Is the indicator the led type with several lights. If so, they aren't very accurate. You can remove them and install a mechanical indicator that will be much more accurate.
