How much torque on carb nuts??

The carb is a Holley and the intake is aluminum Dart. There is a throttle cable plate and two gaskets under it, if that makes a difference.

Thanks for any help!

Snug it up with a short handled wrench. When tightening up anything always remember, when you go too tight you will strip, break, crack, drill, tap, oversize, helicoil, bust knuckles, ect. If you go too loose you may have to tighten it up again in a few years if it comes loose. Which would you rather do ?

That's INCH pounds guys! But then I don't think you would ever see 132 ft lbs.

Or.....let see 132"lbs. divide by 12= hmm okay, uh.......12 goes into 132.....10 times= 120 and that leaves me 12. 12 goes into 12....oops( scratch ass) make that 11 times! LOL

TADA!!!!!!!
11ft lbs

Good thing math was my favorite.
