throttle plates, intake manifold are coated with a brown /tar/molassis

Bottom of throttle plates, intake manifold, intake runners are all coated with a brown /tar/molassis

Fuel tank was re-done last winter with base coat AT primer #2 made by REICOLD & then Vinylester Resin Dera Kane Model 510 M runs thru 2 filters and then to the motor .fuel was 93 octane added to tanks 3 weeks after coating problem arose after fuel sat over the winter mos ... fuel was STA-BIl ized and still looks good ,i have taken a sample of the fuel & boiled it and the same tar residue appeared has anyone had any similar chemical reactions like this ??? I know it would be easy to pump the tank & start with fresh fuel but will it do it again & again & again

what ya thinkin Cat Lloyd ?:drink:
