Who installed the rings?? Upside down rings will turn the motor into an oil pump.

i did, they are all correct.
the only thing it could have done is line up the gap, but i do everything i can to make sure the rings seat minutes after start up (been down this road in a passed life). BUT the plugs aren't fouling and this motors had about 16 gallons of oil though it in less than 2 hours run time chasing this problem. i've pulled the easy to reach plugs and there perfect. if it was transferring this much oil though 1 or 2 holes it'd killed plugs long ago, and it runs perfect. :(
