Engine problem/ ALARM

i have a 1998 baja 302 with 7.4 L 454 ..just recently had the coupler replaced on the starboard engine along with impellers in both engine and all fluids changed... The Problem Im having is the ALARMS are goin off and the boat is losing power after i get on plane and exceed about 35mph ........does ne one have a ideal of what this might be thanks
