Rebuild or new
 

Currently have a 00 502 mag with Vortec supercharger. Motor starts ldles and runs perfectly. About 300hrs on motor about 100 hrs since replacing head gaskets with Cometic, inconel valves good springs valve job and bowl cleanup on heads. I currently have the motor out of the boat and Im trying to decide if I should go through the bottom end, change out the cam lifters possibly heads and have the ecm retuned, or have a complete new motor built and sell this one? Guessing the motor make about 650 hp would like to be around 750-800hp on pump fuel and turnkey.

Prolly should beef up the outdrive too if your going to get into that much HP .
