BBC help needed
 

Hi guys, just had the heads on my 454 machined as they were in a bit of a state and the machinist had to remove 25thou from both intake faces.
Can I get extra thick gaskets to make up the difference or is there another solution to this?

Heads are cast iron Merc alpha oval port if it matters.

Mr gasket makes double thick rect port gaskets they may have oval as well..ck with them
