Default 500 EFI thermostat replacement

I need to change out the thermostat, it's not closing and my temp is running very cool (125 degrees)
Want to know if this is a big undertaking, do you have to remove the throttle body and or take of the blue plenum assembly top to access the thermostat?

It's been awhile but I think you can get it off by simply removing the air breather and TB.....leave the plenum in place.

Although it may be easier to remove the throttle body, you can do it with just the air cleaner off. Don't ask me how I know that
