1993 formula steering
 

The tilt steering assembly has a small plastic knuckel like joint can the plastic piece be replaced or does the entire assembly have to be replaced and are parts still available from formula or aftermarket ???

Probably have to replace the entire helm. The helm would have been made by a company other than Formula. If you find out the brand of the helm, you may be able to find a part, but not likely.
