just curious..was it a Merlin 11 or a Merlin pro block? The 11's are on the same level as a GM bowtie. The nice thing about the Darts and Merlin pro blocks is the extra stud boss for the "missing" head bolt. Merlin has had serious shipping problems as of late, though. The Merlins are full of casting flash and tons of debris in the oil galleys. I'm a distributor for both but ever since McLaren bought Dart, I'm selling more product. Don't ever use the Merlin aluminum heads.
