Never owned one, but have spoken to owners of them and they are all delighted. Ive seen a few of them on the water over the years and always ask about them and have gotten 100% identical responses from the owners- 2 thumbs up.

My take is that they are extremely professional builds using the highest quality components assembled and machined expertly.

Zul offers very high HP NA engines which is a difficult feat to accomplish and still keep the engines idle characteristics manageable for marine use.

I would personally be happy to own a boat powered by them.

I would highly recommend Richie. He has done motors for us. They have been high quality parts and workmanship. Richie is always available for questions. In fact I have a motor in his shop now. You get what you pay for! I belive his motors are the best.

his engines are second to none. we repower with either Zul or Merc. as for the 750, 598, single 4/ e.f.i. off the hook. these engines weere built to endure. just one example, we ran a poker run against bigger badder faster boats. but prevailed simply due to engine choice. the 750's were abl;e to live at 6300 rpm for a solid 25-30 minutes. finished the run. than towed for 40 minutes i might add, a larger faster boat back to the docks who in fact did not have Zul power.
