Pros & Cons bunk slides or carpet .....

Pros & Cons on trailer bunk carpet or replace with slides ,
Solid white marine grade polymer slides take the wear and tear…so your boat, PWC, or Jet Ski doesn't. anyone using the slides ????? seems like it would be rough on the gelcoat ,compared to wet carpet & soaped down bunks ...

I see some trailer makers using them as OEM. I bought a set for my old trailer and never got around to installing them.

If you use any ramps that are steep, the boat will slide back real easy with the slides. BTW, waconda sells them too.
