Cmi headers
 
Does salt water effect cmi headers or is not really that big of a deal for them?

salt water = corrosion....... no mater how you slice it..........
galvanic action= corrosion
CMI headers are fine.......
i dont understand why people have to dis someones products when they dont understand the ins and outs
they are made of 304L grade stainless steel the material is more than adequate for salt and fresh water use........
the heart ache comes with how WE treat and USE them
the material itself does not fail........ the failures occur in the weld zones......... vibration and high heat and rapid cooling stresses cause the failures in the weld zones
take the time to warm them up!........take the time to cool them down!!!!!!!!!!.........simple enough.........
