Those are without a doubt my first stop if I ever need to replace mine.

I had a set a few years ago, and I still kick myself for selling them. Now I'm on the hunt to replace them! In the boat I used them on, I picked up 2 mph over the stainless marine manifold I ran prior.

Good stuff. Id like to see this type of testing done on say a 700hp engine like bcks, or say some 800-900hp supercharged combos. I bet theres alot of guys building bigger power stuff these days, and them bolting on exhausts that are choking the engines down.

How true. Then building up unnecessary heat causing premature wear. probably more so with blown engines cause the the hp and heat they build. Extra power suddenly becomes affordable but then a guy is broke or overlooks the exhaust.

A little history for those that's don't know.

Originally designed by Dennis Parvey (Coolerman on the boards) and sold thru PF Marine (Parvey and another gentleman) and then sold all of it to Keith Eickert's company. KE Performance. PF Marine link is here: http://pfintercoolers.com/Other_Products.html

Now, the exhaust system is all owned and sold by member , thru his company Diamond Performance. He is a sponsor here and here's the link:

Thought this test was interesting. Healthy 540ci bbc build.

Swapping headers, found a nice 50HP gain in the build, and some torque over the original small headers.
