HP-500 what RPM max.
I see the specifiocations on these motors indicate 5,200rpm max.,but where does the power really drop off 5,400????
What can you turn them and still be in power curve? Mercury seems to always have them slightly under. I'm running a 28P at 5,400rpm ,but if i'm out of my rpm range maybe i'm better with a 30P at maybe 5,100 rpm?????? Thanks, Guys |
The power really does drop off at 5200 right where the rev limiter grabs it .
