Exhaust tips with internal flappers

Who makens a nice tip with an internal flapper that won't blow out in the first 10 mins of use and can be replaced without removing the tips fromt the boat?

Not saying they won't ever break, I just replaced one. But, they are REAL easy to replace.

+1 best tip I've seen and flapper is easily replaced without having to replace tip. Anything else I've tried doesn't last a year before I blow the flapper out.
