Line up Drives.
 

Put new drives and tie bar system on. Drive Center line is 36" at the gimbals. Do you align the drives at the tie bar the same center? I was told to toe them in 1/8 to 35 7/8". Is this correct? Drives are IMCO SCX's.

I would try them in/out/neutral and 1/8" is enough. Which gives you the most MPH is the one I would pick. I doubt you will feel any difference in the handling. Why you are at it, you might want to try turning the props in and out at each setting.
