Break in limiter - Verado 350 sci
 

Hi,

I will receive my new 350 sci this month, and I wonder if the 350 sci ECM has a built limiter for max wot rpm. I know the 300 XS does have one, and you need to break in the engine a certain amounts of hours to get max rpm (with correct prop ofcourse).

The 350 sci shall not be trottled to max rpm during its 4 hrs break in. Max 5,400 rpms. So the question is if its loosen up within this time.
