1999 HP500, MLS without surfacing?

Is a factory HP500 deck and head surface suitable for MLS gaskets or do they need to be machine for the correct RA finish before use?

Check with manufacture…. I know you do on cometic head gaskets.

IMO, I would not use a MLS without surfacing.. too much risk...
