Easy way to identifiy a 351 vs 302?

So I have a 77 Wellcraft nova which I bought during the winter. I was told that the motors were 350's....but the distributor is in front of the carburetor so dead ford give away. I cant seem to tell, they may be 351's. Any good easy ways to ident? I can email photo if needed or text to you 810-599-9607 thanks for the help guys..

j,
351 is about an inch taller than the 302. You can tell by the location of the top two water pump bolt holes. On the 302 thay are just below the deck surface, on the 351 they are almost an inch below the deck surface.

Hope this helps,

Usually you can look at the intake and tell as well. Windsor motors are a decent amount wider across the intake.
