Alignment tool fo Imco box

I´m waiting for my new Imco stand off box. Do I need a alignment tool when installing or is it possible to use the drive shaft?

You need the tool. IMCO PN#AT-12

If you try to use the driveshaft, you won't be able to spin it. The splines will lock in, and you won't know where you are at. Not only that, I don't think it will be long enough to get any feedback.
