TRS bell housing oil cooler??

Does it matter what side the oil cooler is on. Port or starboard side? Or is just what fits your particular application best? The trans cooler I have a little more flexability however the engine cooler works out best on the starboard side.

anyone? I assume it's what works best having the least amount of hose/bends etc.
