Hatch actuator

Does anybody know if there is some kinda adjustment on my electric hatch (engine compartment) actuator ? Some way to adjust the amount of stroke ? I think its going down a little too far. Thanks guys. :drink:

lol...oooooook then. Seriously tho...the actuator is connected to a fiberglass engine cover, that is screwed to my sun pad. The sun pad is larger than the fiberglass cover, and sits on a "shelf" when closed (the sun pad overhangs the fiberglass about 2" all the way around). So the actuator is pulling the fiberglass cover down too far (about 9/16ths of an inch) and seems to be pulling the screws outta the sun pad. Does this make sense ? I'm gonna hafta adjust the actuator, or shim the mount so that it closes 9/16ths" less. :drink:

I'll save you the hassle. Pick up two of these and forget about it.
